August 20, 2008My first book has gone through quite a few changes in the past months. Ah, the glories of revision. If I ever become a
successful writer, I will never forget it and never take another finished manuscript, whether written by me or a fellow artist,
for granted. There is more work in a completed book than I could ever have imagined. But thanks to God, I've been able
to just about finish. By October I plan to begin sending out to agents and see what Providence has in store. That in addition
to looking at graduate programs for writing should keep me busy this fall. I've just posted the prologue to
the book, Mariner's Hollow in the Contents section of my site. It may need a few tweaks, as I still have a couple revisions
to go (each one going by faster than the last), but I thought it complete enough to share. Also I've added some new poetry
to my poetry section.
